so i got a fluxbox menu, i got a bookmarks menu...probably several
other menus or similar hierarchies used to cause an action to
happen. while hierarchies are a limiting classification form, it would
be nice to:

* develop an instantiation that, for what it is, i can be reasonably
  content with
* to the extent suitable (and also advised by) that the domain of
  firefox != the domain of fluxbox, these menus should be parallel or
  at least mapped.  This not only makes good semantic sense in terms
  of a human putting meaning to their actions, but also enables
  automation if they want to talk to each other (and they *want* to!)
