Note + Move On : a problem-solving approach

For a certain problem, lets say "writing a softwarez", in the
execution phase:

- a difficulty is encountered:
  - has it been seen before?

  IF SO,
  * halt current problem execution (if worth it)
  * apply methdology to subproblem until solution

  IF NOT,
  * note this problem as seen
